This photograph was taken at about midnight in a Marina on the Gulf coast of Texas while cruising during the summer of 1996. look carefully and you may make out the kids on the foredeck.
Still looking a little sorry for herself, but three years into the restoration, Wedac II at berth while visiting Galveston Texas during the spring of 1994, and yes there we are with the younger of our two daughters.
Moored at Redfish Island in the Galveston Bay Texas. This is one of the first times we ever took her out in may of 1990. The Island no longer exists, it was the victim of a storm, and erosion from heavy Ship traffic on its way to the Port of Houston during the Winter of '93/4. Redfish Island's demise is lamented by the boaters in the area, it was a close, safe and easy mooring for a Sunday cruise.
