Blitzkkrieg-1965
This game was considered HUGE when first published. By contemporary standards it is middle of the road for both complexity and size but it was the first wargame, to my knowledge, which combined land, sea and air forces with a modicum of success. The 1975 rules update was a complete success as far as the Gamester is concerned.
