$Greed

Originally published by the American Greed Co. The game comes packed in a black tube with screw on top which doubles as a dice cup and  a handy felt mat on which to roll. The labels that would have appeared under the shrink are still in evidence. The game is played with six identical color coded dice;

  • $ Silver
  • G Gold
  • R Ruby
  • E Ebony (black)
  • E Emerald (green)
  • D Diamond

A game is played to 5000 points. All six dice are rolled

1 Gold 50
1 Diamond 100
3 $ilver 600
3 Gold 500
3 Ruby 400
3 Ebony 300
3 Emerald 300
4 Diamond 1000
$GREED 1000 (1 Ebony and 1 Emerald)
6 of a kind 5000 (all Ebony or all Emerald)

All six dice are rolled at the start of a round. Scoring dice are set aside. You must accumulate 500 points to record your first score. After that you may score any roll no matter how modest. If you do not score with a roll you must pass the dice and any points acumulated in that round are forfeit. When one person scores or excedes 5000 points all players have one more turn to top that score.
