  • Repackaged blank audio tape, accessory and tape recorder lines resulting in improved brand image and 30% higher overall sales in 1994.
  • Introduced new merchandising, trade and consumer promotions with American Express, Duracell, Circuit City, Nobody Beats the Wiz, Staples, Sports Illustrated and Incredible Universe.
  • Produced comprehensive business plans to enter new categories in digital recorders, portable CD players, speakers and headphones, speech to text software and voice recognition products and negotiated OEM supply agreements for these.
  • Planned and introduced two generations of Olympus Pearlcorder microcassette tape recorders.
  • Marketing management resulted in 2 - 3 % increase in market share and 20% increase in sales on $50,000,000 capital equipment product line.
