MAIN

ROGUE (good)
As a member of the X-Men, the mutant named Rogue could absorb superpowers by touch. However, her powers went berserk when she came in contact with a shapeshifting Skrull. She was able to "recall" the abilities of mutants she had touched in the past, including Wolverine's claws, and Cyclops' optic blasts. Recently, Rogue's powers were lost after she was nearly killed in battle with Vargas. SCARLET WITCH (Ultimate) (neutral/good)
The daughter of Magneto, Wanda Maximoff was one of the founding members of the Brotherhood of Mutants. She helped kidnap the President's daughter which led to her first confrontation with the X-Men. Wanda fell in love Cyclops who defected from the X-Men to join the Brotherhood. Her and her brother Quicksilver left the Brotherhood to join the Ultimates black ops team. SHOCKER (bad)
Armed with twin vibro-shock units that can shatter concrete and steel, Herman Schultz embarked on a criminal career as the Shocker. His uniquely quilted suit provides protection not just from the powerful air blasts he creates, but also allows him to slip away from any grasp even Spider-Man's! No crime is beyond him, from burglary to blackmail to blacking out New York City to spell out his name! Shocker has allied himself with many of New York's worst including Constrictor, Jack O' Lantern and Hydro Man but is bitter enemies with fellow spider-foe Electro.Allies: Constrictor, Moonstone, Masters of Evil, Syndicate Enemies: Spider-Man, Avengers
SONGBIRD (good)
Originally known as the villainess Screaming Mimi, Melissa Gold joined Baron Zemo in his scheme as one the "heroic" Thunderbolts. Calling herself Songbird, she soon grew to like being a hero and formed a relationship with team mate Mach-1. But when Thunderbolts leader Baron Zemo revealed his plans, Songbird sided against him, turning her back on her villainous past. Originally possessing sonic powers, her larynx and throat have been rebuilt with technology from the villain Klaw. Using her voice, she can create soild-sound constructs; from barriers to wings that allow her to fly as well as manipulating harmonics to influence the wills of others. After travelling to an alternate Earth and working with SHIELD, Songbird is back in action with the Thunderbolts. SPIDER-MAN (2099) (good)
In the year 2099, Miguel O'Hara is a genetic engineer working for Alchemex. His research allows DNA to be interspliced with the DNA of animals and insects, granting the person the creature's native abilities. After being drugged by his boss Tyler Stone, Miguel attempts to get the drug out of his system by subjecting himself to the gene splicing process. However, a rival tampers with process and Miguel gains spider-like powers instead: enhanced strength, agility, wall-climbing ability and venomous fangs. Taking inspiration from the original Spider-Man, Miguel uses his new powers to battle the strange threats of the future like Venom 2099 and Goblin 2099. Allies: NoneEnemies: None
SUB-MARINER (Namor LE) (neutral)
Namor McKenzie is a mutant hybrid who possesses great strength, can fly, control sea life telepathically and breath underwater. He first appeared in the 1940's when he invades New York City but was stopped by the original Human Torch. He eventually joined forces with the Invaders to fight the Axis during World War II. After years as an amnesiac, he regained the throne of Atlantis and battled with and against the Fantastic Four and the Avengers. He eventually became a member of the Defenders and started the ecological concern Oracle, Inc. where he funded the Heroes for Hire. TIGRA (good)
Originally the superheroine known as "The Cat," lab assistant Greer Nelson fought crime wearing a super-powered cat-suit. When Hydra attempted to kill the suit's creator, Dr. Tumolo, Greer was mortally wounded. Dr. Tumolo revealed that she is actually a species of alien cat person and gave Greer a mystical talisman to save her life. The talisman transformed Greer into the were-cat known as Tigra! When she transforms into Tigra, Greer possesses the agility, senses and claws of a cat person. Tigra joined other superheroes as a member of the Defenders and the West Coast Avengers. THING (Ultimate) (Ben Grimm LE)(good)
A childhood friend of Reed Richards, Ben Grimm was caught in a teleporter explosion and transformed into a rocky orange thing! The Thing possesses great strength and invulnerability. He uses his unique powers to help form the Fantastic Four and explore the wonders of the N-zone and beyond! Allies: Fantastic Four(Ultimate) Enemies: Dr. Doom (Ultimate)

THUNDERBOLTS (Group)
When Earth's most powerful heroes seemingly died fighting the villain Onslaught, Baron Zemo recruited former members of the Masters of Evil and gave them new identities as a new super hero team: the Thunderbolts! The six ex-villains: Citizen V (Baron Zemo), Techno (the Fixer), MACH-1 (Beetle), Songbird (Screaming Mimi), Atlas (Goliath), and Meteorite (Moonstone) (later joined by new heroes Jolt and Charcoal) soon won New York's trust. The team took on supervillains, including the Circus of Crime, the Mad Thinker and his Awesome Android, Arnim Zola and a new incarnation of the Masters of Evil. When the missing heroes reappeared, Baron Zemo was forced to execute his plan for world domination. However, many of the ex-villains, now enjoying their heroic roles, rebelled against Zemo; foiling his scheme. Even though the team has been publicly unmasked, most of them have been remained acting as heroes.
VOLCANA (Unique)(bad)
Marsha Rosenberg was living in a suburb of Denver, Colorado when it was stolen by the Beyonder during the first Secret War. Along with her friend "Skeeter" MacPherson, Marsha was found by Dr. Doom and granted plasma manipulating powers. As Volcana, Marsha can transform herself into a being of living plasma and can fire bursts of thermal energy; powerful enough to destroy buildings. During the Secret War, she met her true love, Molecule Man. The two remained together after their encounters with the Beyonder but a recent attack by Klaw and AIM has shaken their relationship, perhaps beyond repair. Allies: Titania, Dr. Doom, Ultron, Absorbing Man, Dr. Octopus, Wrecker Enemies: Enchantress, Klaw, AIM, X-Men, Avengers, Fantastic Four

VULTURE (bad)
After being cheated by his business partner, inventor Adrian Toomes used his electromagnetic harness to take revenge. The harness gives Toomes superhuman strength and flight. Though he is a founding member of the Sinister Six, the Vulture has continued to suffer defeat at the hands of Spider-Man. Toomes temporarily became young thanks to radical cancer therapy, but he has since returned to his rightful age. He may appear elderly, but he is just as deadly as ever!Allies: Dr. Octopus, Kraven, Sandman, Mysterio, Syndicate Enemies: Spider-Man
X-STATIX (Group)
After the mutant team X-Force's suicide missions were broadcasted on TV, the remaining team members were catapulted to stardom. During a live broadcast, the original team was all but wiped out. Between in-fighting, the new team of Orphan, U-Go-Girl, Anarchist, Phat, Vivisector and Doop took the team to greater heights and higher body counts than ever before. After U-Go-Girl's death, the team renamed itself X-Statix. The team added and lost new members including Dead Girl, Venus Dee Milo, El Guapo and pop star Henrietta Hunter. After battling the Avengers for Doop's brain, the entire remaining team was wiped out on its last mission.

XTREME X-MEN (Group)
Created to recover the diaries of the late mutant Destiny; Bishop, Beast, Thunderbird, Psylocke, Storm, Rogue and Sage form the X-Treme X-Men. Subsequent adventures find the team travelling to the Savage Land, battling the White Queen and Sabretooth and tracking down ex-team mate Gambit.
WARLOCK (Unique)(good)
The "Techno-Organic" alien being known as Warlock, fled to Earth to escape his father Magus. Not wishing to die in combat against his powerful "sire-dam", Warlock allied itself with the New Mutants. Though child-like, Warlock is extremely powerful, able to shape-change into virtually any form or object he wishes. These forms grant him a wide variety of abilities, from flight to energy blasts. Warlock lives off of any electrical source, including living creatures. He can merge physically and mentally with another living being to create a new single being. This is what Warlock did when he merged with his dead friend Doug Ramsey to create the new being Cypher. Allies: Magik, Mirage/Moonstar, Karma, Wolfsbane, Professor X, X-Men Enemies: White Queen, Mojo, Enchantress

WILD SENTINEL (Bystander) (bad)
Created by a Master Mold hidden deep in the jungles of Ecuador, "wild" sentinels are constructed out of spare parts. They take untraditional forms resembling local wildlife, such as birds, reptiles and insects. The only common factor between these robots and their "big brothers" is a Sentinel-style helmet. They can regenerate and are equipped with a wide variety of weapons and sensor devices. Allies: Sentinel Enemies: X-Men
WILLIE LUMPKIN (Bystander) (Marquee LE) (good)
Not rain nor snow nor Galactus can keep mailman Willie Lumpkin from completing his appointed rounds! A mail carrier whose route included the Baxter Building, Willie half-jokingly petitioned for Fantastic Four membership with his ability to wiggle his ears. Although he was never invited to become a member, Willie has unwittingly rescued the team from the Mad Thinker, the Super Skrull and Doctor Doom! Willie is now semi-retired, working as a mailman only on a part-time basis. Allies: Fantastic Four, Alicia Masters, Franklin Richards Enemies: Mad Thinker, Super-Skrull, Dr. Doom

WOLVERINE (Days of Future Past) (good)
From Uncanny X-Men 141-142. In an alternate future, the last of the X-Men are on the run from the Sentinels. When Kitty Pryde arrives from the past to help prevent the assassination of Senator Kelly, Wolverine leads the suicide mission against the government compound. He is blasted to death, a smoldering adamantium skeleton left behind. Allies: Kitty Pryde, Storm, Colossus, Phoenix (Unique), Franklin Richards Enemies: Sentinel
YELLOWJACKET (Henry Pym) (Giant) (good)
After creating particles that allow him to grow and shrink, Henry Pym started a crime-fighting career as Ant-Man where he helped form the Avengers. However, accidental exposure to strange gasses created a secondary personality: Yellowjacket. Pym kidnapped his girlfriend, Janet Van Dyne aka the Wasp, and married her! His tenure as Yellowjacket was marked with highs and lows, including depression, creating Ultron, spousal abuse and a nervous breakdown. He feigned joining the Masters of Evil to infiltrate their schemes and eventually rejoined the Avengers in hopes of restoring his tarnished reputation. Pym uses a variety of devices in his fight against evil including a helmet that allows him to control ants, wings that allow him to fly, electrical blasting stingers and the ability to grow and shrink himself and objects at will.
