Company Profile

CENTURY 21 Distinguished Properties was founded in May of 1989. Located at 5206 N. Scottsdale Road, the company started with 8 agents. While the company was new to the marketplace, the owners were by no means new to the Real Estate Industry. Without a doubt, CENTURY 21 Distinguished Properties has the finest and most committed Management team as owners of any Real Estate Company serving the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

In March of 1992the growth of the company necessitated an expansion and relocation of the office facility. CENTURY 21 Distinguished Properties is now located at one of Scottsdale's landmark corners, at Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Drive. The new address is 6500 North Scottsdale Road.

Our affiliation with the International Network of CENTURY 21 Offices enhances our ability to attract buyers from around the world as well as from the local marketplace. With offices in Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Canada, Mexico and over 5000 offices in the United States, we are in constant contact with families relocating to the Valley. Additionally, through our International, Regional and Local offices we provide Relocation Services to Corporate Transferees.

The combination of resources within the CENTURY 21 System and efforts of the entire CENTURY 21 Distinguished Properties' Team has brought the company's marketshare and production to levels such that we've been recognized as a CENTURION OFFICE since 1992 and a TRIPLE CENTURION OFFICE in 1996.
