While doing research on Jefferson Right Wadley it proved a little difficult.  Jefferson was easy to find,  but where he came from was a question.  It all came together when I purchased a book of Izard County Cemeteries.  In this book I was able to go back 2 generations.

          Daniel S. Wadley was discovered on the 1850 Tennessee Census.  He was listed with his wife,  son Daniel S. Jr.,  and grandson Jefferson W. age 3.  Daniel Jr. wife died at a young age.  Looking at the documentation I question the first wife Mary W. Tignor and children.  On the 1850 census Jefferson was the only child listed.  This outline shows 4 children born before 1850.  I'll have to recheck that.

          Jefferson Lived in Lawrence and Izard Counties.  He was listed with his wife Matilda Catheryn ( Kate ) Whitlow  on all census between 1870 and 1910.  Jefferson died in 1916.  He is buried at Upper section of Reeds Creek Cemetery, Izard County.   Kate lived until 1921.  At this time I haven't been able to locate Kate on the 1920 Census.    She is buried in the Upper Section of Reeds Creek Cemetery,  Izard County.   My direct line will have **.
