Begin this set in a horse stance, and keep the hands up during the set. All side kicks are done with the knife-edge. Each side includes the four basic kicks - front, side, rear, and roundhouse kicks.
Side I: all kicks are to 12:00, and land forward to 12:00.
Step back (right) to 6:00, and do a right front kick to 12:00.
Do a left front crossover to 12:00, and do a right side kick.
Do a right shuffle wheel kick to 12:00.
Do a left spinning rear to 12:00. Shift the right foot clockwise to 9:00, so you end facing 3:00 in a left neutral bow.
Side II: all kicks are to 3:00, and land forward to 3:00.
Do a right step-through side kick.
Do a right shuffle front-snap to 3:00.
Do a right shuffle wheel kick to 3:00.
Do a right shuffle rear kick to 9:00, planting forward in a right neutral bow. Shift your left foot counter-clockwise to 12:00, so you end facing 6:00, in a right neutral bow.
Side III: all kicks are to 6:00, and land forward to 6:00. These are the left foot kicks.
Pivot counterclockwise and do a left spinning rear kick.
Do a left shuffle wheel kick.
Do a left shuffle front snap.
Do a left shuffle side kick. Shift your right foot clockwise to 3:00, so you end facing 9:00, in a left neutral bow.
Side IV: all kicks are to 9:00, and land forward to 9:00. These are the step-through kicks.
Do a right front kick, ending in a right neutral bow.
Do a left roundhouse kick, ending in a left neutral bow.
Do a right spinning rear kick, ending in a right neutral bow.
Do a left step-through side kick, and plant your left foot to 9:00, so you end in a horse stance facing 12:00.
Opening: attention stance. Bow. Drop to a meditating Horse stance.
Have your right foot step back to 6:00 into a left neutral bow, facing 12:00.
Execute a front chicken kick (front leg then rear leg) to 12:00, and plant into a right neutral bow, facing 12:00.
Execute a front chicken kick (rear leg then front leg) to 12:00, and plant into a right neutral bow, facing 12:00.
