The kid
out of Lincoln High in Coney Island, New York. Steph finally made it to the
NBA, and for all the Marbury boys who didn't make it they are finally there
too. Marbury got mad skillz; he can score, pass, play some D, and do a little
of everything when called upon. Ok, so he did not get the rookie of the year
award, but he should have. Put it like this, look what Marbury did for the
Wolves his rookie year, from scrubs to #6 in the west; look what Iverson
did for the Sixers, #1st pick one year (they chose Iverson) to #2nd
pick the next year; instead of being the #1 losers again he moved them up
to #2 losers, wow. Iverson got better stats but only because he cares about
himself; on the other hand, Steph plays for the team. Marbury gets his players
into the game, he don't just run up the court and shoot all the time with
an assist here and there. In fact, Marbury is the reason Garnett and Googs
were All-stars.(during Steph's rookie year) And remember, Steph don't turn
the ball over. With Marbury and Garnett at the nucleus the Timberwolves will
be the next basketball dynasty, that is if Minnesota has some left over ca$h
to shell out.
