1.  Locating aircraft or buyers. Inspection of aircraft, documents, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, equipment, aircraft specifications, and flight testing of aircraft.

2.  Negotiating for purchase, sale or lease.

3.  Coordinating make-ready of aircraft to customers requirements .Providing on-scene representation for customer during time aircraft is being prepared for delivery to prevent costly delays.

4. Arranging and completing all details  at close of sale; including  obtaining title searches, examination of title, documents , and determining that customer receives clear and valid title or full payment.

5. Completing registration on domestic purchases and deregistration on export sales and obtaining necessary export documentation.
