Alison Barrington- Rich, and once very spoiled, Alison defied her grandmother, Amanda and gave up her fortune to pursue a relationship with her first love, Jamal, but eventually fell for Rafe Kovich, who was actually an angel who came to earth to help his cousin Lucy, defeat the vampire Caleb.After overcoming many obstacles, Alison and Rafe were finally able to find the happiness together they fought so hard to keep, but were forced to go on the run from the evil Joshua Temple who wanted to make Alison his vampire bride! Rafe, with the unlikely help from Caleb and Livvie were able to rescue Alison from Joshua's clutches, but because she stabbed Rafe when she was under Joshua's control, and because Rafe couldn't accept her friendship with Caleb, Alison's relationship was on the rocks for a short while. However they resolved their issues, but a misdirected wish from Livvie, sent Caleb and Alison straight into each others arms and they made love in Rafe and Alison's "special place":The barn! Rafe and Alison eventually got married, but her one night stand with Caleb could come back to haunt her!

Jamal Woods-Once a con, he fell hard for Alison Barrington, and had to fight his way through Alison's grandmother to finally be with her, but later broke up with her when he wrongly blamed her for the death of his former flame, Valerie. But when he realised that he made a mistake and wanted her back, it was too late, she had already fallen for Rafe.He most recently managed to get over Alison though, was in a relationship with Marissa, but when she had to leave Port Charles for her own safety, Jamal started hanging out with her twin sister Casey, who happens to be an angel, until he got turned into a vampire! After falling for mysterious newcomer, Imani, Jamal became baffled when she kept pushing him away. She left town, and Jamal tracked her down and managed to find the reason she was pushing him away, in the woods, during a full moon, when Imani was revealed to be a werewolf!

Livvie Locke- Daughter of Dr Kevin Collins, Livvie came to town, and for months was just a voice on the other side of her mother, Rachel's phone. But when she revealed herself to mommy dearest, she found that Rachel was not her mom, but her aunt, and the man that was her pyschatrist, was actually her dad:Dr Kevin Collins! But that wasn't all for this brave girl, she had to fight and destroy the evil vampire, Caleb, in order to save her true love Jack and the rest of the town, but when she falsely believed that her best friend Alison caused the supposed "death" of her father, she ended their friendship and set out to steal Alison's love Rafe, who was suffering from amnesia during his second trip to earth. She married Rafe, and in a desperate attempt to keep him, got pregnant by Frank Scanlon who was possessed by an ancient evil spirit known as The Avatar.But true love could not be denied and Rafe left Livvie, and reunited with Alison causing Livvie to shoot and kill him! Livvie was left all alone and also had to deal with the tragedy of losing her baby, and sought the comfort of her former love, Jack,but he wanted nothing to do with her anymore. She was even more shocked when she found out she had a look-alike, Tess and that Caleb was back in the form of rock and roller Stephen Clay and that he created Tess from her! When Caleb's henchman, Joshua tried to kill Livvie, and pushed both her and Tess into the harbor,Livvie and Tess became one again, but this time Tess was completely in control and Livvie took up residence inside of Tess for a couple of months! Now thanks to Caleb, Livvie and Tess have merged back into one and Livvie's back and is now a vampire also! Livvie was last seen reeling from the fact that her husband Caleb slept with Alison, after finding out about it on her wedding day!

Jack Ramsey- Younger brother of bad boy doc, Chris Ramsey, he had to constantly fight through his big brother's manipulations and that of the vampire Caleb, in order to find peace with his love, Livvie, but broke up with her because of her scheming ways. He then fell for one of his best friends, Alison, but unfortunately for him, she didn't return his feelings, leaving him to once again be all alone.But that changed since he fell for Tess, a mysterious girl with a healing touch, who looks just like Livvie and the adorable couple got married! However, when Tess took an interest in Caleb and resurrected him from the dead when he was killed a third time around, Jack cut all ties with his wife! He started seeing former vampire, Reese, but after making an unbeknownst wish on Caleb's ring, he inadvertedly drove Reese away, and has now fallen back in love with Livvie, since she made a wish on the ring to have Jack not hate her anymore!

Ricky Garza-Kid brother of nurse, Gabriela Garza, Ricky is the black sheep of the family, the one who always seems to be getting into trouble. He first fell for one of the many angels visiting Port Charles from above, Casey, but when she had to go back to heaven, a heartbroken Ricky fell for Dr Karen Wexler, who was comforting him over losing his beloved Casey, and he eventually won her over. But Karen could not deny her feelings for her true love Frank, and broke up with Ricky, who then fell for Casey's twin sister, Marissa, who was dating Jamal at the time! Ricky is now a drummer in the creepy rock band,The Stephen Clay Experience, which didn't sit well with recently returned Casey for awhile. However, they were able to get over their differences, but Casey was devastated when he ended up losing Casey yet again, when they made love, which broke her rules as angel, and Casey was forced to go back to heaven. However, now Ricky can't help but see Casey almost everywhere, and the thing is he doesn't know if he's losing his mind...or if Casey has really returned to him, since he's the only one who can see her! After being pursued by fellow band member Reese once again, Ricky got a surprise when Casey appeared to him yet again, and said that she may be returning back to earth again for awhile!

Casey- Casey was one of three strangers who showed up in Port Charles in a flash of bright light. It was revealed that they were actually angels, sent to earth for 13 weeks to fulfill their destinies. Casey had died when she overdosed on drugs, the first time she tried it out. During her first stay in PC, she met and fell in love with Ricky Garza, but had to leave him and return to heaven when her 13 week stay was up. She returned however, several months later to save her long lost twin sister, Marissa Leong, who was in danger because she found out about the vampires in Stephen Clay's band. In order to protect Marissa, she assumed her sis's identity and sent Marissa away from PC, leaving Marissa with no memory of ever even coming to town! Casey was then on a mission to protect Ricky and the rest of Port Charles from the clutches of Joshua and the rest of the vampires in town, but was sent back to heaven when she finally gave in to her love with Ricky and the two made love! Now it appears that Ricky is the only one who can see her on her trips back to earth.

Rafe Kovich-This young man who is originally from spooky, old Transylvania first came to town when he sensed that evil was still in Port Charles, and it was revealed that he was once a vampire slayer, who died years earlier at the hands of Caleb, and he was allowed to return to earth to help his cousin Lucy, who had just learnt that she too was a vampire slayer.However, he didn't count on falling for the beautiful Alison Barrington, but he couldn't help it and was heartbroken when he had to leave her when his mission on earth was over and return to heaven. But when Alison was falsely accused of bewitching the town with mysterious candles, and for "murdering" Kevin Collins, Rafe made a deal with the evil James from hell, and reluctantly sold his soul to the man, to return to earth to be with his beloved. He returned however, with no memory of his past and married Livvie, who made him believe that it was she that he is destined to be with, not Alison. He was then shocked to learn that Livvie was pregnant, though he did not know that baby was not his. But his feelings for Alison could not be denied, and just as he and Alison were reunited and he had gotten back all his memories, Livvie shot him in the back, and Rafe died once more, and returned to heaven. But the powers that be sent him back to earth, to finally be with his true love once and for all!
