The Cajun Grocer **
The reason for this email is to share
with you our new site. We specialize
in e-commerce offering authentic Louisiana products: Cajun &
Creole food
and Cajun & Zydeco music. In fact, you can listen to Cajun,
Swamp Pop and
Zydeco as you shop on CajunGrocer.com. We would love for you
to look at our
site and hope that you find it to be something of value, particularly
to the
displaced Louisiana folks in your area. If so, would it be possible
to have
us on your site with a link to CajunGrocer.com?

Les Sisters is a little hole-in-the-wall
place serving great chicken, ribs,
and cajun food. Their gumbo and jambalaya will add some spice
to your life,
and their bread pudding with whisky sauce was the best I've had
outside of
New Orleans! It's worth going out of your way for. My friends
and I
practically took over the restaurant for a friend's birthday
party, and the
management was nothing but gracious. The owner is the son of
the two women
who started the restaurant (and they weren't sisters).
Angelina's (or Angel Lena's) is down the
street from the Sherman Oaks
Galleria. They offer a varied soul food menu. I haven't been there
lately,
but I enjoyed their meat loaf, and chicken and biscuits. Their sides
aren't
too bad, either.

the best Gumbo I've tasted outside of New Orleans. They only
